Why Do My Power Beats Pro Disconnect When There’s a Loud Noise?

Every time there's a loud noise, like someone closing a door or walking too heavily, my Power Beats Pro earbuds disconnect. They usually reconnect when I start playing a video again. During calls, they may reconnect automatically, but sometimes I have to take them out and put them back in to get them to work again. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you thought about reaching out to Beats customer support? They might have some tips or could help troubleshoot the issue better.

I haven't yet, but I guess I should give them a shot!

It sounds like your earbuds are trying to switch to hands-free mode when there's a loud sound, which is causing the disconnection. It's a bit annoying, but it's probably just how they respond to noise. You might want to check if there's a specific setting related to this in the app or your device's settings.

Yeah, I had a similar issue! I ended up tweaking some sound settings on my phone, and it helped a bit.
