I recently bought a Fun60 Pro keyboard advertised with an 8,000Hz polling rate, but its software doesn't provide a way to change that setting. I'm wondering whether the high polling rate can noticeably increase CPU usage, reduce gaming performance, or cause stuttering. I've seen conflicting opinions, and my system uses a Ryzen 5 5600. Polling-rate issues can depend heavily on the game and system. Some older or poorly optimized games may stutter with very high input polling, but that’s more commonly reported with 8,000Hz mice. If your games are smooth, there’s probably no reason to worry.
