I have an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT, and my display occasionally switches to a very small resolution. While trying to fix it, I accidentally uninstalled something related to the graphics card in Device Manager. Now Windows appears to be using 800×600, and the screen is too large to navigate comfortably. Restarting did not fix it. I'm not very experienced with computers, so I'd appreciate clear, step-by-step instructions.

It sounds like the AMD display driver was removed, so Windows is using its basic display driver. Try pressing Windows+R, type `devmgmt.msc`, and press Enter. In Device Manager, open **Display adapters**, right-click the listed display adapter, and choose **Scan for hardware changes**. If that does not restore the driver, use another computer or your phone to download the official AMD driver for the Radeon RX 7800 XT, copy it to a USB drive, and run the installer on this PC. You can also try Windows Update from Settings, since it may automatically reinstall the missing driver.
You may be able to fix the size temporarily without downloading anything. Press Windows+I to open Settings, then use Tab and the arrow keys to reach **System > Display**. Select the display-resolution menu and choose the option marked **Recommended**. If the Settings window is too large, press Alt+Space, choose **Move**, and use the arrow keys to reposition it so you can reach the controls. After the proper resolution is restored, install the current RX 7800 XT driver from AMD’s official website so the problem does not keep happening.
Restarting did not help, and the browser window is too large to use properly. I’ll try opening Device Manager with Windows+R and scanning for hardware changes first.
