Advice Needed for Building My AI Workstation

I'm building my first PC intended as an AI workstation and I'm aiming for a dual GPU setup. I'm currently on the lookout for a second-hand RTX 3090 in good condition.

This PC will house an agentic AI system I'm developing, which will utilize fine-tuned LLMs and classification pipelines tailored for vision and audio tasks.

I'm new to PC building, so I collaborated with Gemini 3 Pro to create a component list. However, there were some quirks in the AI's responses (it claimed we're in 2024 and that the RTX 5060 Ti hasn't been released yet), which makes me second-guess the list.

I'd love some feedback on whether this build seems solid. I also plan to upgrade with additional RAM later, and I'm still set on getting the second-hand RTX 3090. Am I missing anything critical? Here's what I've got:

- Chassis: Lian Li LANCOOL 216 RGB Svart
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900 3.7 GHz 76MB
- GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB Dual OC
- Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X870-Plus WIFI
- RAM: Kingston 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL36 FURY Beast Vit AMD EXPO/Intel XMP 3.0
- SSD: Kingston KC3000 M.2 NVMe SSD Gen 4 2048GB
- PSU: MSI MAG A1000GL PCIE5 II 1000W
- Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE Svart

Are you planning to run both GPUs in SLI or for separate functions? If you're leaning towards productivity, consider upgrading your CPU. The Ryzen 9 9950X might be a better fit with its 16 cores and 32 threads, which can handle multiple tasks well, especially with two GPUs.

I see where you're coming from with your choices! Just to clarify, you mentioned using one RTX 3090 and one RTX 5060 Ti, right? It sounds good, especially if you're on a budget. Just make sure your cooler can handle the heat, and don't forget to plan for future RAM upgrades!
