I'm targeting a setup that can consistently deliver 4K gaming at around 90fps, specifically for a game called Arc Raiders. I currently use a 42-inch LG C1 TV with my Xbox Series X, and I plan to start using it as my monitor for this new build. I'm located in the UK and while I don't have a strict budget, aiming for under £3500 would be great. My take on your parts list is to opt for a more affordable 5080 model to save around £350. I’m not too familiar with the specific GPU you picked, but you’re probably not getting much benefit from the pricier model. Best case, you might see a 1-2% FPS boost, which isn’t worth the extra cash.
Also, consider skipping the PRO SSD. For gaming, the performance difference is negligible, and I’d recommend avoiding the version with the heatsink since they can be pretty mediocre and swapping it out might void your warranty. Use that saved money to bump up to a 2TB SSD and think about getting 64GB RAM if your budget allows; it can be a nice luxury with today's RAM prices!
I took a look at your list and made some optimizations to help you save some money while still getting great performance. Check out this revised setup I linked, which includes a bigger SSD for the same performance. Total comes out to around £2460. You might want to consider an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, as it offers great value. Here's what I suggest:
