If you're hitting up Micro Center, definitely check out their Ryzen 9600X bundle to snag that RX 9070 XT. It'll give you great performance without breaking your budget!
Why 6000 CL36? Why not go for CL30? It would fit in the budget!
Your setup looks strong for gaming at 1440p or even 4K. The combination of the RX 9070 and the 9600X is incredible, you should be all set!
Honestly, I wouldn't go for that RX 9070. You might want to invest in an NVIDIA GPU like the RTX 5070 Ti or 5070 for better performance in games.
