I'm a bit anxious about a Reddit post I made while connected to my company's Wi-Fi on my personal device. I was working on the weekend and wanted to vent about a family member who also works here and has been treating me poorly. I'm worried that my employer might somehow see the post and it could lead to trouble for either of us. Do companies have the ability to view the specific contents of the posts made over their network? I just need some clarity here, thanks!

No, they shouldn't really care about your Reddit posts. They might see that you visited Reddit, but not what you specifically wrote.
It really depends on their network setup. Most places can't see the content you’re accessing on secure sites like Reddit (thanks to HTTPS), but they might know that you visited Reddit. If they have some kind of monitoring software installed on your device, though, that's a different story!

Exactly. Unless they've made you install specific software, they're not able to see your posts. Just remember, anything public on Reddit can still be viewed by anyone!
