I'm trying to connect my phone to an old wall-mounted radio that has a USB port for music playback. I'm wondering if there's a way to use that USB port to connect a Bluetooth adapter, so I can stream music from my phone wirelessly. Are there any adapters that work in this way, or is there something else I should consider?

Absolutely! There are several USB Bluetooth adapters available on sites like Amazon. Just keep in mind that some are designed to work with a 3.5mm jack instead of directly using the USB for audio. So, if you find one, check if it supports audio output via USB!
Just a heads up, many of those USB dongles are powered via USB but often send audio through a 3.5mm connection.
