I just got an iPhone 16e, and I'm having trouble connecting my Redmi 7 earbuds. They worked perfectly with my old iPhone XR. I've fully charged the earbuds, turned on Bluetooth on the new phone, and let it search for a while. I've also tried putting them back in the case and taking them out again, but they still won't connect. I've even toggled Bluetooth on and off, but my phone can see other devices just fine.

You usually need to put the earbuds into pairing mode to connect to a new device. Try holding down the power button on the earbuds for a few seconds until you see a blinking light. If they still don't show up, make sure they aren't already connected to another device.
First, make sure your old iPhone XR isn't still paired with the earbuds. Even if you disconnected them, they might still be listed in the Bluetooth settings. If it’s still on and within range, it could cause issues. Remove them completely from the XR if it is still powered on.
