I'm in the process of selling my laptop with a 1650Ti 4GB to build a new rig featuring an 8400F and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. The big question is, which GPU should I go for among the options: 7700XT, 3060 12GB, 3060Ti, and 7600XT? They are all priced similarly, but I see a ranking of 7700XT > 3060Ti > 7600XT > 3060. I'm particularly leaning towards the 3060 12GB, priced at $330. My goal is to consistently achieve 40-60 FPS at 1080p for games like Oblivion, Starfield, Cyberpunk, and Call of Duty. I'm open to using upscalers and can lower settings to medium or high.

$330 for the 3060 12GB isn’t the best deal out there. Honestly, the 7700XT outperforms the others in this group, so it’s worth aiming for if you can swing it!
Have you thought about going for the RX 6700 XT? It's another great choice, but if you can find a good deal on the 7700XT, I’d say go for it! Ultimately, the decision is yours.
It seems like you’ve already done your research. Just curious, why settle on the 3060 when it’s on the lower end of the lineup?
I'm mainly considering the 12GB memory and keeping it budget-friendly, but if people suggest that it’s not a great option, I might wait until I can afford something better.
The 7700XT gives you more than 60% performance over the RTX 3060, making it a strong contender. If you're looking to maximize FPS for the price, the 7700XT should definitely be at the top of your list!
What about the 7600XT with 16GB at $400? Would that be a better option?
