I'm looking to upgrade my CPU from an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 to an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. My current setup includes 32 GB of RAM, a 4070 TI Super GPU, an MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI motherboard, a DEEPCOOL AK620 cooler, and a Corsair 750W RMx Series 80+ Gold power supply. I feel like my CPU might be holding me back, especially in more demanding games. Is upgrading to the 9800X3D overkill? Will my current cooler handle it?

Honestly, the Ryzen 5 7600 is a solid CPU and likely not holding you back much. If you're keen on upgrading, consider the Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead; it's a fantastic choice and offers great performance without going overboard.

Yeah, the 7800X3D seems like a smarter upgrade. It gives you a nice performance boost without the extra cost of the 9800.
