Consistent BSOD When Launching Hoyo-Verse Games: Seeking Help

I'm facing a frustrating issue where every time I try to launch any Hoyo-Verse games like Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, or Zenless Zone Zero, my computer gives me a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with the error "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION." This happens almost every time, and I can only launch the games successfully by pure chance. I haven't made any changes to my system prior to this—only restarting it after a BSOD.

Here are my system specs:
- CPU: 9800X3D
- RAM: LEXAR 32GB ARES DDR5 6000MT C30 (XMP off)
- GPU: PNY 5080
- Motherboard: MSI MAG X670E TOMAHAWK WF
- OS: Windows 10

I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps, including running MemTest86, reinstalling old GPU drivers, using system file checks, and even repairing the game files, but nothing seems to work.

It sounds like you need to check your dump files for more insight on these BSODs. If you can boot into Windows, head to C:WindowsMinidump and see if any dump files are there. If so, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site like MediaFire or Catbox. The more dump files you have, the better for diagnosing the issue. You might also want to change the dump settings to create small memory dumps so they don’t overwrite each other. Support guides can help with this process!

Looking at your dump file analysis, it seems like your NVIDIA driver might be causing problems. Make sure you update that driver to the latest version and consider checking if your motherboard BIOS is up to date as well. I’ve seen similar issues resolved by keeping all drivers and firmware current, including chipset drivers for better performance.

This error can be tricky. It looks like the crashes may relate to your CPU or the NVIDIA driver, especially with the breakpoint errors showing up. Make sure your BIOS is up to date since yours seems a bit outdated. Additionally, monitor your CPU's temperature; overheating could definitely cause these types of crashes. You can use tools like OCCT to check it out.
