I recently upgraded my Mac and I've noticed that my email delay program, Mail Act-On, has stopped functioning. This software has been a lifesaver for me because it allowed me to set rules for sending emails with a default delay of five minutes. I found out on their website that it hasn't been supported for a while, but this is the first time I've actually noticed it missing in action. I'm looking for suggestions on alternatives that can help me delay sending emails in the default Mac Mail app. I'm currently using version 26.0.1 and I'm open to paying for a solution. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I get where you’re coming from. I’ve been using my ISP's email since the '90s too! As for Gmail, yes, it does support a delay feature. You can set it up pretty easily in the settings if you ever decide to use it for some emails.
Have you thought about switching to Gmail? It's much more versatile nowadays and you can set up a delay easily within the platform. Just a thought!

I actually like using my ISP's email because I've been with them forever. Does Gmail let you set a default delay for sending emails?
