Hey everyone! I'm having a strange problem with my PC after the last couple of Windows updates. When I connect using Ethernet, websites take forever to load and often time out, but my download speeds are actually higher than when I'm on WiFi. It's weird because everything runs smoothly on WiFi, even though the download speeds are a bit slower. I've tried a few things like disabling IPv6, restarting the router (which worked once, but the problem came back after I restarted my PC), and changing Ethernet cables and ports, but nothing seems to fix it. I thought the latest patch might help, but it didn't change anything. It feels like there's something off with the Ethernet connection that's messing with web traffic but not affecting download speeds. Has anyone faced this issue or knows how to solve it? Any help would be super appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like a DNS issue might be at play here. You could check if your DNS settings are statically set for the Ethernet connection. Usually, download speeds should be lower on WiFi compared to Ethernet, but the fact that you have high download speeds and poor browsing is intriguing. My suggestion would be to try switching your DNS settings to a public DNS like Google or Cloudflare and see if that helps. Sometimes a slow DNS can bottleneck your browsing experience!
I actually tried flushing the DNS and using other domains, but that didn’t change anything for me. Going to keep looking for a solution!
