I've been having issues with my new PC freezing up and memory usage spiking to nearly 100%. It happens even when I'm not running any heavy applications; usually, I just have a couple of Tibia clients and League of Legends open. The freezes began frequently during League of Legends sessions, but they also occur about every two days when I'm not playing.
After the issue started, I thought it might be due to my custom Windows installation, so I did a clean install of Windows 11, but the problem persisted. I even removed my old graphics card, a GTX 1080, thinking it might be causing conflicts, but the freezing continues.
Sometimes the computer unfreezes on its own, but I notice that things stop functioning, like the Windows Start menu and audio. The RAM I'm using is Adata XPG Lancer Neon RGB, 32GB (two 16GB sticks), DDR5, 6400MHz with XMP enabled. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, but it didn't find anything wrong. Any idea what could be causing this?

Have you tried disabling XMP? It might help to see if your RAM settings are causing the instability. Also, drivers can be an issue too; have you updated your NVIDIA drivers recently? Some new updates have been causing problems for some users.
Yeah, even without a graphics card, system drivers can still affect overall performance. It might be worth rolling back or updating to see if that helps.
It sounds like you might have a power supply issue. Sometimes, if the power isn't stable enough, it can lead to freezes like you're experiencing. I recommend checking your power supply specifications and ensuring it has enough wattage for your setup.
What power supply are you using?
I'm using the MSI MAG A850GL, it's an 850W, 80 Plus Gold one. It's been okay so far but these issues started a month after building the PC.

I thought about the drivers too, but I'm not even using a graphics card right now. Could it still be a problem?
