I recently upgraded my GPU from a 9060 to a 9070, and I'm experiencing crashes while playing games like Cyberpunk and The Last of Us 2. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 9600x and an 850w PSU. Interestingly, I can play Arc Raiders without issues, but these two games keep crashing. I've already uninstalled my drivers using DDU, tried undervolting the GPU, reduced my RAM to Expo 5600, and updated my chipset drivers. Despite all this, the crashes persist. Could this be a problem with the GPU, or is it possible I'm facing a CPU bottleneck?

It's probably not a CPU bottleneck based on your specs, but you might have a faulty GPU. You could try testing the GPU with benchmarks or other demanding games to see if the crashes persist. If possible, running a stress test can help isolate if the GPU is the issue.
You mentioned you were able to play Arc Raiders fine; that might indicate the GPU is functioning to some extent. However, checking for overheating issues or making sure your PSU is supplying enough power could also be worth a look.
If it’s specific games that are crashing, it could also be a compatibility issue or something related to drivers. Have you tried rolling back to an older version of the GPU drivers? Sometimes the latest drivers can cause instability.
