Getting Persistent BSOD Errors After Moving – Need Help!

Hey folks, I built my PC about five months ago with all new parts except for the GPU and SSD. It was functioning perfectly until I moved recently, and now I'm experiencing a lot of blue screens of death (BSOD). I keep encountering various errors like 'Critical process died,' 'ntkrnl.exe,' 'kmode exception not handled,' and 'kernel security check failure.' I initially thought the issue might be related to drivers, so I updated them, but it didn't help. I even replaced my RAM sticks with brand new ones, but I'm still having issues. I found that whenever I try to download games on Steam, they often corrupt at 98% or I get one of the BSOD errors. I tried switching my SSD and even did a full OS reinstall with updated drivers, but it led to a 'PFN_LIST_CORRUPT' error instead. Now I'm testing it with a different outlet. Is there something I'm overlooking? Thank you for any advice! CPU temps are stable at 42°C, and it's running at 1.110 V with a 7950X3d and ROG STRIX 870-A motherboard.

I get that you’re frustrated! When you mentioned your CPU temps are at 42°C, are you using automatic settings for the voltage, or did you set them manually? If they're set manually, you might want to switch to automatic and see if that helps. And definitely get those dump files if you can! They’ll help a lot in figuring this out.

Yeah, I really think getting those dumps is crucial. It might seem tedious, but it could save you a headache in the long run. Good luck!

Have you tried collecting the dump files from your BSODs for analysis? They’re essential for understanding what’s going wrong. If you can boot into Windows, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find some, zip them up and upload to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. More dump files generally mean a better chance of identifying the problem. If you only have one or none, you can follow this guide to adjust your settings to ensure you're getting the right dumps next time.
