I received an alert from Norton saying it blocked a threat categorized as "Botnet:Blacklist." The details showed that it detected the threat through Safe Web, and the suspicious location was listed as udp://66.206.1.250:10001. I'm not very familiar with what this means and I'm wondering if there's more I should be worried about or if everything is okay now that the threat has been blocked. By the way, my friend looked up the IP and it seems to belong to a data center in the US.

Honestly, the best move might be to uninstall Norton altogether. A lot of users consider it "scareware" that doesn't really help as much as it claims. Instead, just make sure Windows Defender is up and running. And seriously, avoid reinstalling Norton in the future; it really just brings back old problems.
Right? I've had similar issues with other antivirus software too. Just stick with what's built-in!
