I accidentally deleted a really important link that I had in my Safari private tabs on my iPhone SE running iOS 18.5. This link is crucial because it leads to a project I've been working on, and the data is stored in the URL. Is there any way I can get that tab back?

Unfortunately, if you’ve deleted the tab in private mode, there's really no way to recover it. Private browsing doesn’t save your history or data once you close the tab. It’s a bummer, I know!
I get that it’s frustrating, but going for that recovery option is pretty slim in private browsing. Maybe try saving links in bookmarks next time for important stuff? It can save you from situations like this!
In Safari, you usually can retrieve your browsing history by tapping the Bookmarks icon, then the Clock icon to see a list of visited sites. But since you were in Private Mode, that won’t help you this time. Just a heads up for the future: using bookmarks is a safer way to keep important links!
True, but sometimes things can glitch. I was actually saving a link when mine disappeared!
🙁 That really sucks, I can’t believe I lost all my hard work. This is an absolute nightmare.
