I'm having a frustrating issue with my Apple subscription. I tried to sign up for Apple TV using a non-Apple device, but after entering my email and banking details, my transactions failed. I couldn't log in to my Apple ID or Apple TV account, so I just gave up. Fast forward seven days, and I got a notification from my bank saying Apple charged my card! This wouldn't be a huge deal if I could access my account, but the Apple TV website doesn't recognize my email, and I keep getting an "Unexpected error" message trying to log into my Apple ID. Now I can't cancel the subscription or even watch anything. I also can't contact Apple Support since I can't log in. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this? Should I call my bank, or is there another way to reach out to support?

You should definitely call Apple; they can confirm your email and subscription details over the phone. That way, they should be able to cancel it for you. You can also try chatting with them here: https://support.apple.com/contact and look for the chat option under billing or subscriptions.
What did Apple say when you called them? That might be your best bet to resolve this quickly.
Honestly, I haven't had time to call yet with everything else going on!
Have you looked into Apple's support resources? They have some helpful links for billing issues. Check this out: https://support.apple.com/billing. You can also find phone numbers for your country on their site.
Thanks! I’ll give that a try next.
