Hey everyone! I'm 15 years old and recently found out that I have 5 viruses on my laptop, which has got me really stressed out. It all started a few days ago when I was using Picrewme.com to create some anime characters. I think I accidentally clicked on an ad that caused the issue. The thing is, I can't download any antivirus software like Norton or McAfee because of parental controls. I'm looking for advice on what steps I can take to fix this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Five viruses? Wow, that's a lot! If you're unable to download Malwarebytes because of parental controls, you might want to check if removing those controls could be a solution. But if that’s not possible, definitely consider changing your passwords on another secure device to keep your accounts safe. And look into adblockers for your browser to prevent future issues.
If you got those viruses from clicking on ads, that usually means the site isn't as safe as it seems, even if it’s popular. First, try to see what information you have about those viruses – how did you find out you have five? Are there any specific symptoms on your PC? You might want to explain your issue more so others can help you better.
I get that this is super scary, but don’t panic! First, make sure you're logged off the internet. Then, if possible, install an ad blocker to prevent these ads from showing up in the future. Lastly, if you're stuck on S Mode, that could be part of the problem since it limits what you can actually run. You might need your parents' permission to change that.
Before anything else, disconnect your laptop from the internet to prevent further issues. Also, it’s a good idea to inform your parents so they can help you. Try running a full scan with Windows Defender if you can. If you're still able to, doing a scan with Malwarebytes might help too, but I understand parental controls can complicate that.
