I'm trying to decide between two PC builds that I've researched, and I could really use some advice. I'm aiming for a system that can handle 1440p gaming with high frame rates, ideally around 240 FPS or more. Both of my builds are around the $1,500 mark. I've linked the builds below:
1. [Build 1](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wtFrFZ) - I'm not sure if all the parts work well together. I'm new to building PCs, so I'm concerned about issues like bottlenecking. If anyone has suggestions for changes or if some parts are known to be unreliable, that would be great! I'm also looking for a power supply recommendation.
2. [Build 2](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xR4kMC) - I want to hear your thoughts on this one too.
Lastly, I'm confused about graphics cards. What's the difference between the RTX 5070 Ti and other brands? Are some versions better or worse? I'm also curious about the 9070 XT and whether I should consider changing any of the graphics cards?

I'd definitely lean towards the 5070 Ti build, especially for gaming. The 7600X3D processor is a solid choice because the 3D cache really helps with performance. Just make sure to grab a good power supply to support it!
Thanks! I was thinking of picking up a PSU from Microcenter. What specs should I focus on, just the wattage?
