Help Me Optimize My PC Build for Better Performance and Budget

I'm new to PC building and looking for some advice on how to improve my PC Part Picker list. I'm aiming to keep my budget around what I have now, but I'm open to finding cheaper alternatives. My main aesthetic goal is to keep everything black while having RGB lighting on just the fans and the AIO cooler with a display. This is my first build, so any tips or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated! Here's my list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LkwqFZ (Note: I've adjusted some prices based on my local Micro Center). I plan to keep updating the list as I receive feedback, so thanks in advance for your help!

B850 motherboard? That's not gonna fit 9 fans plus the AIO! Maybe take a step back and reconsider the fan setup or motherboard choice.

It looks like you're spending a bit too much on the fans and an X series motherboard. If you want an X series board, consider adding the fans later on. You might want to look into a 5800 or 5900X processor instead. Also, just go for regular 6000MHz CL30 RAM. The memory controller might limit your overclocking attempts, especially if you're using a 670 instead of an 870.
