My AWS account was banned 72 hours ago due to 'suspicious activity' related to an IAM role, and I've been trying to reach AWS support without any luck—they're totally ghosting me! This is really urgent as we've lost hundreds of customers because of this. The case ID is 174674612300225. Any suggestions on what I can do?

If you had a lot of customers, I hope you were paying for AWS support and have a Technical Account Manager (TAM). You should definitely reach out to your account manager or try contacting AWS support again to escalate the issue.
Have you fixed the issue with the IAM role? Sometimes the keys might get leaked or it could be over-privileged access. If that's the case, it's essential to tighten up those permissions.
No keys got leaked; I'm the only one managing everything since it's my personal project. This problem occurred a few months ago, and I fixed it then. It randomly popped up again three days ago. I actually only found out about it because my customers were freaking out about the site being down!
