I've just encountered a frustrating issue with my computer where it's been infected with a virus. For the last couple of hours, whenever I use Google, it redirects me to Yahoo via a domain called "myhoroscopepro.com." I've tried using both Malwarebytes and Windows Security to tackle this problem, but Windows Security hasn't been effective at all. Malwarebytes blocked some threats (I'll share pics in the comments), and while it stopped the redirects, my default search engine has changed to "searchernow.com," and I can't switch it back. I've also restarted my PC and removed any suspicious browser extensions, but I'm at a loss for what to do next. I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable can provide some fresh ideas. By the way, this whole mess started when I mistakenly clicked something while trying to install DS4 for my PS5 controller. Thanks in advance for any help!

It sounds like you're dealing with a nasty piece of malware. You might want to try the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool. It's free and can help remove infections like this, provided you can download it. If that's too difficult, a clean install of Windows could be a last resort. Also, take a look in your task manager for any unfamiliar processes running.
If you're still stuck after trying those options, you might want to consider using an antivirus boot scan. This method can help detect and remove malware that doesn't show up when your operating system is running normally. Just download an antivirus tool that supports boot scanning and create a bootable USB if you can.
Have you tried resetting your browser settings? Sometimes that can clear up persistent issues like this. Go into your browser settings and look for an option to restore settings to their original defaults. Just make sure to back up any important bookmarks or data first!

I checked the task manager, but I'm not super experienced with this. Everything looks like standard Google Chrome processes. I tried Microsoft Edge, but I keep getting notifications about pdf2docs showing up in Malwarebytes, so it seems like I still have issues.
