Last night, my internet connection just gave up on me. I can connect to my Wi-Fi network, but it says there's no internet access. I've tried a bunch of things to fix it:
- Restarted my computer and the router
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the adapter driver
- Manually set the DNS servers
- Flushed the DNS
- Reset my IP (had a hiccup with access denied, but sorted that out)
- Reset network adapters to factory settings
- Checked the hosts file, and it's fine
- Disabled IPv6 to see if it would make a difference, but no luck.
Other devices on my network connect just fine, so it seems to be an issue with my computer, which is running Windows 11. I've verified that I can ping 8.8.8.8 and get replies. I can also nslookup google.com successfully, but when I ping google.com, it times out.
Is there anything else I should try, or am I looking at a factory reset? Thanks for any help!

Is it just your computer having trouble connecting, or are all devices on the router affected?
Have you tried setting your DNS to "automatic"? It might be a long shot, but it could help.
Yeah, I did that after manually setting it didn't work. It's back to automatic now, but still no luck.

Nope, it's just my computer who's been left out of the internet party. Everything else is good to go, both wired and wireless.
