Help! My Computer Won’t Boot After Upgrading Hardware

I recently upgraded my system with a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM, and now Windows has stopped working. After trying everything to get it running again, including reinstalling Windows, I managed to boot twice before it got stuck on the boot screen. Now I can't even boot from a USB install media. Any advice would be appreciated!

You might want to get a motherboard beeper to diagnose the issue better. It sounds like your system might be posting, but if it is, the problem could be with the SSD or RAM. I'm not entirely sure what else to check.

If you can access the BIOS, that's a good sign. When you try to select a boot device but it just hangs, it might indicate a boot priority issue or a fault with the bootable media itself. Double-check your BIOS settings and ensure that the bootable USB is correctly formatted and configured.
