Hi everyone! I received an email today stating that my email account is going to be shut down in two weeks. The reason is that I need to verify my age, as they're saying you have to be at least 13 to have an email account. I'm 14, but I don't have an ID or a credit card to provide. Does anyone have any advice on how I can resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like a scam to me, especially if you didn't initiate any age verification process. I’ve dealt with similar emails before, and a lot of them turn out to be fake. I'd suggest checking the sender's email address to see if it looks legitimate. If you think it might be real, you might want to contact customer support directly instead of replying to the email.
Yeah, I understand how you feel! I've had four other email accounts suspended because I didn’t send a photo ID in time. If you really need to verify your age, look into options for getting an age verification through customer support. Just be cautious of any emails that ask for too much personal information.
It could be legit, but always check for the signs of scams. If you're supposed to provide a picture or something, don’t do it through the email. Contact the support team through their official website to clarify what you need to send. And remember, never give out sensitive info in response to unsolicited emails!
