I'm having major issues with my internet connection—it keeps dropping multiple times a day. I've already worked with my job's IT team to troubleshoot and even received a new computer, but the problem persists. Thinking it was my internet provider, I switched from AT&T to Cox, but I'm still experiencing the same cuts. I have both providers' routers connected, and they both seem to cut out at the same time. This is really affecting my work, so if anyone has advice, I'd really appreciate it! By the way, the old router was connected via Ethernet ports in my wall, while the new setup uses a coax cable, which makes this even more puzzling.

It sounds frustrating! Have you considered that there could be RF interference affecting your signal? If both routers are on similar frequency bands, it's worth checking. You might try relocating your router a bit to see if that helps with the connectivity. Sometimes just a small change in position can make a big difference!

The new provider's router is in a different spot due to the coax cable connection, but I’m not sure what else to do.
