Help! My PC Can’t Connect to WiFi After Moving

I've been having serious issues getting my WiFi to work on my PC ever since I moved to a new place. When I click on the Network and Internet settings, nothing shows up at all. I've tried a ton of solutions like fully restarting my PC, re-downloading and updating my WiFi drivers, resetting WiFi settings, checking for malware, and even tethering my phone to get some WiFi. Unfortunately, none of that worked, and the connection didn't appear on my phone either. I should mention that my PlayStation connects fine in the same area. Any advice?

First things first, does your PC actually have a WiFi card? Sometimes, if you've moved it, things can get jostled. Also, if you've only been using Ethernet, that could be a point to check too. Just want to make sure it's not something simple like that!

Yeah, I think it should have one since it was working fine before I moved. Just weird that it's stopped now.

If the Network and Internet settings page is just blank, it could be due to the Windows service that manages wireless networks being disabled or crashed. Try this: Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter. Look for WLAN AutoConfig, and if it’s not running, right-click and start it. Make sure to set it to Automatic too. Oh, and double-check there's no physical switch or key on your machine that disables WiFi—many PCs have them tucked away!

What operating system are you using? Is it Windows or Linux? Also, do you have a WiFi card or are you using a USB dongle? These details can help us figure out what might be wrong.

I'm on Windows 10 and pretty sure I've got a WiFi card in there.
