I've recently built a new PC, and while playing CS2, I keep experiencing a black screen that occurs once per match. My computer continues to run, and I can hear Discord notifications and respond, but I can't seem to control anything on my screen. I've updated Windows and the NVIDIA graphics card drivers, and I've run various commands like 'sfc /scannow.' I even did a full system reset, flashed my BIOS, and repaired files, but nothing seems to work. I don't think it's a hardware issue since I've installed minimal software. Here are my specs:
- GPU: 5070 TI
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800x3D
- Motherboard: B650-E WiFi
- NVMe: 990 Evo Plus 2 TB
- RAM: Corsair 64 GB DDR5
- PSU: RME1000e
Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried rolling back to earlier drivers for your NVIDIA GPU? I had a similar setup and dealt with black screens until I switched back to older drivers. Also, disabling G-Sync might help too. Give those a shot!
Check your monitor's firmware; sometimes they can be updated. Also, how do you know your computer isn't responding? For example, with my keyboard, I can toggle the backlight, and that tells me it's still on. Any indicators like that on your setup?
Yes, I rolled back the drivers, but it didn't fix the issue.
