Help! My PC Is Freezing and Not Recognizing All My RAM

I built a PC about four months ago, and I'm having persistent issues. Initially, Windows could only detect 32 GB of my 64 GB RAM, even though the BIOS recognized all 64 GB correctly. I tried various solutions but nothing worked, so I continued using the 32 GB. However, about one to two months in, the PC began to hard freeze randomly, particularly when launching games. It escalated quickly to the point where it started freezing every time I opened a game. Now, I can't even log into Windows without the system freezing on the welcome screen after entering my password. The temperatures are all normal, and I don't think there's an issue with my GPU or the NVMe drive, which I wiped from my previous PC. Any guesses on what might be causing this? I'd appreciate any advice on parts I should consider replacing. Here are my specs: Intel Core i7-14700K, ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI ATX Motherboard, Corsair Vengeance 64 GB DDR5-6000, 500GB Samsung 970 EVO + Samsung 990 Pro 2TB, and Corsair RM850e 850W Power Supply. It's been sitting unused for two months, so I really want to get it sorted out!

You might want to try removing one of your RAM sticks and booting with a single stick first. If that doesn't help, swap it out for the other RAM stick. It's possible that one of them is defective, which could explain why Windows is misbehaving. Let me know if you give that a shot!

I just did that! When I used one stick, I got an orange light on the motherboard, which means it's not detecting the RAM at all. This is the first time I've seen that orange light, and nothing shows up on my monitor. Both sticks give the same result when used individually. I'm definitely using the right slot.
