I upgraded my Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition to Windows 11 this morning, and since then, my computer has been crashing every 10-15 minutes. It's running on an AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, and I've got 32GB RAM. I'm on the latest Windows update, and there are no optional updates available. I've updated my NVIDIA drivers completely but am stuck with some persistent issues. The Intel SupportAssist app has one update it can't complete, and I've received various error codes indicating potential issues with RAM or drivers. I've already tried Windows Memory Diagnostics (which came back clean), and deleted some problematic drivers, but the crashes continue. I'm considering disconnecting Bluetooth devices per some advice, but I'm hesitant. If all else fails, is rolling back to Windows 10 a viable option? I really need my PC to work for work!

Have you considered doing a clean reinstall of Windows 11? A lot of people have run into issues with the update because certain files or settings don't transfer well. I suggest checking out the installation guide [here](https://rtech.support/installations/install-11/). It could solve your problem!
Thanks for the suggestion! If I use a USB drive for the reinstall, will my data still be safe? I’m pretty concerned about losing anything important.
To effectively diagnose the BSODs, you'll want to gather your minidump files. They contain crash logs that help identify what's wrong. Check if you can access them in C:WindowsMinidump. Zip those files up and upload them to a file sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. With those, we can help analyze the issue better!
Got it! I’ll check for those dump files. What if I don’t find any? Should I then try a different method?
If you can't find any, make sure to enable Small Memory Dump in your settings so future crashes create logs. That way, you'll always have something to work with.
As long as you back up your data to a different drive, you should be fine! Just make sure to follow the instructions closely during the reinstall.
