I'm new to IT and even newer to sysadmin tasks, and I'm facing a disaster with our Pegasus R6 RAID0 system. We recently lost all data because of a failure in PD1, and I'm looking for guidance on what to do now. We've got a Mac Mini Intel i7 server running Server 2019 and Veeam, along with the Promise Utility installed to try and detect the R6 drives, but it's not recognizing them at all. The Thunderbolt cable is connected, but I'm getting red lights on two of the drives and blue lights on the other four. Is there any way to recover or rebuild this system? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I try to improve my skills.

Your hardware likely needs some repairs. Change out the failed drives, and if you have a backup, just restore it. If you don’t, sadly, your options are very limited. If you need the data badly, a recovery service could be your last resort.
If you haven't got a backup, you might just need to replace the damaged drives and then restore from whatever backups are available. If there are no backups, look into a data recovery company, but it's not going to be cheap. Good luck!
Unfortunately, with RAID 0, you've got no redundancy. That means if one drive fails, your data is pretty much gone. Your best bet now might be to consider a professional data recovery service, but be prepared to spend a chunk of change—like, a couple thousand bucks.
I was quoted about $1000 per gigabyte for data recovery on bare disks once. Just a heads-up on the costs!
