I've opened a support case three days ago regarding a significant charge I don't recognize, but it hasn't been assigned to anyone yet. I even reached out to a previous Account Manager who no longer works with my company, and he informed me that there's no one currently assigned to handle our inquiries. I'm really in need of assistance on this!
