So, my dad unplugged our Zyxel modem connected to a Ziply Fiber terminal, and now neither my phone nor my PS4 can connect to the WiFi. When I power it back on, the Zyxel's power button shows a solid blue light, which seems okay, but the WiFi symbol is flashing blue, and I'm unsure if that's a problem. On the Ziply Fiber terminal, the Power and POW lights are solid green, but the data light is flashing green. I've tried unplugging and plugging everything back in, and I even reset the modem, but no luck! I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm looking for any advice or help here!

I think the Zyxel might have reset itself. You might need to call your ISP since they often require a username and password to set up the internet connection again. Just make sure you have any required info ready for them.

That's a good point! It's odd because my brother's phone is connecting just fine. It seemed to work for him after my sister reset it, but it switched to the default WiFi name and password. Sorry if that sounds confusing!
