I'm having trouble booting up my Windows 11 PC, which has a Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD and a Gigabyte motherboard. Recently, I tried deleting some caches and unnecessary files to improve gaming performance, and everything seemed fine at first. However, the next day, I turned on my computer and encountered a blue screen error. I think I might have both the previous version of Windows and Windows 11 installed on the same SSD, but I can't locate or delete the older version. I've also tried using my Windows media creation USB and various command prompt commands to fix the issue, but nothing seems to be working. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

To get a better idea of what's causing the blue screen, you'll want to gather some dump files. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check for any dump files in C:WindowsMinidump. Zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site, as having multiple dump files can help with troubleshooting. If you need more guidance on how to set this up, there are plenty of resources available online!
You can try a quick fix by force shutting down your computer when the logo appears, doing this three times in a row should trigger the recovery menu. From there, see if you can initiate any repair options offered. Just a heads up, if the recovery environment isn't working for you, your options may be limited.

I attempted this, but it just takes me back to the same screen where I can't access the recovery environment.
