Help! My WordPress Site Is Broken After Transfer

Hi everyone! I'm in a bit of a bind here. My WordPress homepage has gotten all messed up after I transferred it using the migration tool from my new hosting provider. It seems to be stuck in some sort of cache, but the old host has deleted the database, which means all my content is gone. Is there any way to fix this? If not, can I modify the cache to remove the broken parts? Also, I had 360° pictures embedded that I can't seem to reintegrate. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Honestly, if the old host deleted the database, then most of your site's data is probably gone for good. What you're seeing could just be an old cached version of the site that can’t be edited. If they don't have backups, you're likely looking at a rebuild. I know it's frustrating, but that's the reality most of the time with these situations.

It is weird that you still see the webpage without a database. What you’re seeing might be just a cache. The only functional part you mentioned is the contact form being broken, which makes sense without the database connection. Unfortunately, that's common when database deletions happen.

I don't think there's much that can be done if there's no backup. Is there any chance you could recover a backup from anywhere else? Otherwise, rebuilding your site may be the best way forward. Those cached pages can be misleading, looking functional but lacking all essential data.
