I've noticed that someone has been using my Twitter account, and I'm feeling really uncertain about how to handle it. I've already changed my password and logged back in, but the unauthorized user is still active. I rarely use the account, don't post anything, and don't follow anyone. They've had access for about two days now, and while I haven't noticed anything suspicious, I'm not familiar with dealing with this kind of issue. What are my options?

You definitely need to change your password and revoke any active sessions. If you're logged in on multiple devices, that could be a problem, so make sure to log out of the other one too. Also, look into any apps that might have access to your account—those can stay linked even after changing your password. If you’re not really using the account, why not just delete it? Twitter is pretty different from what it used to be anyway.
First things first, change your password again using a different device and enable two-factor authentication. That should give you an extra layer of security. Also, check your security settings to ensure that delegation is turned off, just in case. This might help cut off access to the other user.
