Hey everyone, I've got a disc for Red Dead Redemption 2 that looks fine—no visible scratches or damage—but when I try to install it, I get a message saying "check your disk. Your disc may be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disc." I've tried cleaning it with my shirt, bed sheets, and even toilet paper, plus I've blown on it to remove any dirt I can't see. I asked a few friends, and they said it looks clean too. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks!

Have you tried the toothpaste method? It sounds weird, but the mild abrasiveness of toothpaste can help fix minor scratches. Just be careful with it! Also, have you thought about trying a different disc to see if the problem lies with your drive instead of the disc?
I get that the toothpaste idea might sound sketchy, but I've seen it work for some folks! Just make sure to rinse it off thoroughly afterward. By the way, if your download stopped at 43%, it might be worth checking your console's settings or even the drive itself to see if there's an issue.
