I've been struggling with random blackouts and freezes on my PC—used to just get the occasional BSOD related to memory, but now it's different. After replacing my CPU and motherboard, BSODs have stopped, but my computer now just goes black and the audio cuts out, resulting in a complete freeze where nothing works (the LEDs on the motherboard no longer light up). I have to manually power off and on to reset it. I've already tried reinstalling Windows and updated my BIOS, so I'm wondering if this could be a power supply issue or maybe overheating VRMs on my GPU. This usually happens when I'm loading a game or streaming video, but it doesn't happen consistently. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 9600X, XFX 6950XT, ASUS TUF B650E Plus WiFi, MSI MAG A850GL PSU, and 32GB of Vengeance RAM at 6000 MHz (tried turning off EXPO). Any advice?

It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already. Have you checked your dump files? Sometimes they can really help pinpoint the issue. You can find them in the C:WindowsMinidump folder. If you have a crash log, it would be super useful for analysis!
If you're not getting any BSODs anymore, but are still experiencing freezes, it could definitely be a power issue. Make sure your PSU is sufficient for your setup. Try monitoring your GPU temp while gaming; overheating can definitely cause those kinds of issues.
Good point! It's worth checking out the temperatures. You can use tools like MSI Afterburner or HWMonitor to see if anything is getting too hot.

Yeah, definitely check those dump files! If you find any, consider zipping them up and uploading them to a file sharing site. It's a great way to get more targeted help.
