I've disabled McAfee antivirus and switched to Windows Defender, but it's really annoying to see McAfee still running in the background. I attempted to uninstall it, but the removal option isn't working as shown in my screenshot. I'm not sure what's going on. Can anyone help me figure out a solution?

Have you checked to see if the McAfee removal tool works for you? Sometimes it’s the best way to get rid of stubborn programs like this.
Yeah, I gave the removal tool a try, but it didn't work either.
