I'm trying to recertify my AWS Cloud Practitioner certification but keep running into issues when seeking support. Every time I attempt to get help, I'm redirected to an AI support agent, which I feel is giving me incorrect information. I thought taking the AWS Cloud Quest: Recertification Cloud Practitioner course would work for me, but the AI keeps saying it's not a valid option. The guidelines on the AWS Recertification site contradict what the support bot tells me. Does anyone know how to reach a human representative for assistance?

Thanks for the link! I tried going through that but ended up with AI responses that were confusing. They seemed to clash with what the Recertification page states. Is there a chance that the options on that page have changed?
