How Can I Enable My PC Fans in BIOS?

I recently bought a pre-owned desktop for a great price in Romania, and it comes with a 24-month warranty, so I can't open it up to check inside. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to control the fans from the BIOS settings. My motherboard is an ASUS Prime A520M-K, and I suspect the BIOS version might be outdated since I haven't updated it yet. I have an Aqirys Electra case with two fans installed: a rear 120mm RGB fan and a front 120mm RGB fan. I'm not entirely sure how to manage the fan controls, as the options seem limited, and I'm worried the CPU fan is running too loud. I've included a clip showing the QFan control options to provide more context.

It sounds like your fans might not be properly connected to the motherboard. Since you can't open the PC, it could be that the fans are wired incorrectly or not connected to a fan header. If they’re spinning, that's a good sign they’re getting power, but you might still need to check the BIOS settings more carefully. Sometimes, fans won't show up if they're not connected to the right places in the BIOS.

I did check the fan behind the case, and it seems to be working since I changed the RGB colors using a button. So I'm confused why it's not appearing in the BIOS settings!
