Hi there! I recently made the switch from Windows 11 to Linux Bazzite GNOME, and everything's been great so far. However, I'm trying to figure out how to limit my laptop's battery charging to 80%. My laptop is an ASUS TUF Gaming A16 Advantage Edition, featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS CPU and an AMD Radeon RX 7600S GPU. It has 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 90Wh 4-Cell Li-ion battery. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot!

If you're on GNOME 48 or newer, just head to Settings > Power > Battery Charging, and click on 'Preserve Battery Health.' This will cap the charging at 80%. If you're using an older version or want to customize it further, you might need to check out some command line options or extensions that help manage battery settings.
You might want to check out this GNOME extension for battery health charging: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/5724/battery-health-charging/. It's a neat tool that should help you set your charging limits!
Make sure you mention details like your laptop model when asking for help with technical issues! In case you missed it, you mentioned you have an ASUS TUF Gaming A16 Advantage Edition.
Try going to Settings, then Power, and see if 'Preserve Battery Health' is available. If you’re using a recent version of GNOME, this should resolve your issue! Good luck!

Yes, that's the model! Thanks for the reminder!
