I'm trying to log into my Outlook account, but every time I type "hotmail" in the search bar, it automatically redirects to a coworker's login instead of my own. It seems like their credentials are cached somewhere, and I can't find an option to log in with a different account. I've already searched for a 'log into another account' button, but it's not showing up. Every time I click back to try and start over, I hit an error message related to the Microsoft sign-in process. How can I clear this issue and log into my account? I'm using Chrome, and I haven't found any helpful options in the browser settings.

Try going directly to Google and type in Outlook to access the login page manually. It sounds like your browser's autofill is taking you to a cached link that includes your coworker’s information. If that doesn't work, consider clearing your browser's history, cache, and cookies to reset these saved logins.
If you're running into this issue during a Microsoft sign-in, simply hit 'Back' instead of trying to get past the login. It may be that your browser is remembering your coworker's email because you both are sharing the same computer. Make sure you aren't logged into their account inadvertently. You should be able to log in normally afterward.
If you're dealing with a Microsoft 365 work account, visit portal.microsoft.com. This should allow you to switch accounts easily. Once logged in, find the 'Apps' section, and you can launch Outlook from there, or go straight to outlook.office.com for access.
