I've been experiencing high latency with my internet, typically around 200ms, and it usually peaks at 100ms. My internet setup is with AT&T using their all-fi hub, which is surprisingly the best option available in my rural area given the decent download and upload speeds. I've already contacted my ISP about this issue, but it didn't lead to any improvement. Are there any tips or tricks I can try to lower my latency without having to reach out to my ISP again?

One approach is to literally try to get as close as possible to your ISP's infrastructure. If you can find a way to reduce the number of hops your data has to make, that could help! I know it sounds silly, but distance and congestion are often the main culprits.
You could run a traceroute command in your terminal to pinpoint where the latency is spiking. It helps in identifying which hop is causing issues. Just make sure to target reliable sites like google.com.
I used to work for AT&T support and know firsthand how limited options can be in rural areas. When I was an AT&T DSL customer, they could only offer me DSL speeds, despite promising faster options. Sometimes, the bottleneck is just inherent to the service they can provide in your area. It's frustrating but not much can be done without an upgrade.
On another note, make sure to minimize any unnecessary internet traffic during your high usage periods.
