How Can I Make Frontend Development Less Painful?

I've been working as a front-end developer for over six years, and I'm feeling really drained by the constant task of building out landing pages based on JPEGs the graphic designer sends me. Each time they send a new design, it feels like they've completely forgotten how our existing components work, and I find myself explaining everything anew. The process is incredibly inefficient and tedious, and I really want to find a way to make it easier on myself. It doesn't take up most of my job, but it definitely adds a layer of frustration to my week. I use multiple tools like HTML, CSS, and mock-ups while juggling everything on my screen, which gets messy quickly. I'm looking for practical tips or advice to streamline this work so it's less monotonous and manageable. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using Figma? It might be worth getting your designers to start using it so they can build with the components you already have. That way, you'll have everything laid out better instead of just getting random JPEGs every time.

That's a great idea! It could definitely help smooth out the workflow if they adapt to it.
