How can I optimize my PC parts list for video editing and Live2D?

I'm building my first PC and I'm starting with a list from Logical Increments, but I want to optimize it specifically for certain tasks. My priorities include occasional gaming (mostly Minecraft and party games), video editing at 1080p (using Davinci Resolve), some amateur 3D modeling in Blender, and streaming with Live2D Cubism. I'm looking to spend around €1,000, but I can stretch the budget by about €100 if it means significant upgrades. Here's my current parts list from PCPartPicker: CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K, Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, Motherboard: ASRock B760M, Memory: Kingston FURY Beast 16 GB, Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB, Video Card: ASRock Challenger OC Arc B580 12 GB, Case: Corsair 4000D, and Power Supply: Corsair RM650e. Any suggestions for improvement?

Your CPU cooler looks good, but if you want additional performance while streaming and rendering, consider one with a bit more cooling power. It could help keep temperatures down when you're pushing the system!

Your video card choice is solid for what you want to do! But if you want to save a bit, you might look at a less expensive SSD. That said, don't skimp on storage speed, as it's crucial for video editing efficiency.

Thanks for the advice on the SSD! I was hesitant to downgrade but it does make sense to balance cost with performance, especially if the other parts are good.

I’d definitely recommend upping your RAM to 32GB. While 16GB might work for now, it won't last long, especially for video editing and 3D modeling. DDR5 prices are falling, so you might find a good deal. Also, consider switching to DDR4 for better cost-effectiveness; there are solid 32GB options available that won't break the bank!

Yeah, 32GB is a good move, especially if you're planning to multitask with video editing and gaming. You can often find good deals on DDR4 and it’ll still serve you well for those applications.
