How Can I Protect My Business from Online Harassment?

I've become the target of an online hate campaign organized by moderators of a forum. They are using my business name to leave fake reviews, block responses, delete real customer comments, and continue posting negative content. I've tried reporting this to the site support team, but I haven't received any feedback, and the harassment continues. What steps can I take to protect my business from this kind of targeted harassment?

It seems like you’re dealing with a really tough situation. I recommend contacting the support team directly for help, although you may not get the response you want. The platform can be quite unhelpful in these cases. It might also be a good idea to gather evidence of everything happening and look for legal advice if it gets out of hand.

If it’s too much to deal with, consider stepping away from that platform altogether. Sometimes the best move is to delete your account there and focus on other avenues for your business. Reddit can be a tough place to promote anything without running into issues like these. Look into other social media platforms where you have more control!
